In full radial bloom.
A symmetrical kaleidoscopic floral medallion - a four-petaled flower at the center within teardrop and circle motifs, citrus-flower corners. Retro floral medallion.
Spring in the cottage districts announces itself by smell first: citrus blossom on the night air along the garden blocks of Eden Place, strong enough to stop a conversation. A medallion is the correct filing system for the phenomenon - one bloom repeated radially, citrus flowers in the corners, everything radiating from a center the way the scent radiates at dusk.
Floral medallion built in Illustrator with radial-repeat construction - one petal module rotated and mirrored into the full kaleidoscope, corners filled with citrus-flower units.
Color warmed in Photoshop.
